Information for presenters

15 minutes is given for each presentation, regardless whether it is for full papers or extended abstracts, on the normal conference program, i.e., not for the student ThinkTank or the Astronomical Data Sonification session. The presentation should preferably consist of slides with relevant information, as well as audio examples of the work when suitable. After each presentation 5 minutes of Q&A follow. The schedule allows for a few minutes for changing computer and setting up the presentation between each presenter. The session chair will support the presenter in indicating 5 minutes left of the presentation time, as well as 1 minute left.
